Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart, then click 'confirm'. You will then see a list of the goods orders along with the cost of postage. To continue shopping click the back button in your browser After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Debit/Credit card payment only.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Goods are charged at the point of confimation of your order and cleared by Secure Trading. All credit cards are cleared using 128bit encryption and this is carried out on our behalf by Secure Trading Ltd, you will see their details when you process your credit card.

Shipping And Handling Delivery is at Royal Mail inland charges and will vary according to the weight of the order and will be sent recorded delivery.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. This is normally within 5 working days. If a delay is likely, we will inform you, you will be given the option to cancel your order with a full refund. If an order is returned undelivered, (we send all orders by recorded delivery) we will contact you and give you the option to cancel, There may be a second shipping charge.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security Secure Trading Ltd. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. All credit card checking and clearance is carried out by Secure Trading Ltd. Their details are on the payments page.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. Return the goods still sealed for a full refund within 7 working days of the day after you received them. This also applies if you cancel your order. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Our customer service details are in the reaching us section of this page. The first number is a BT land line, this can be used evenings and weekends and is charged at UK rates. The second number is a UK 02 mobile, this is available 24/7 and is charged at your UK mobile rates.

Complaints: To-date we have received no complaints. We will be pro-active in dealing with any perceived problem and keep you informed.

If you have cause for complaint, we will respond to your complaint at the earliest opportunity, and in any-case, within 5 working days. We will endeavour to deal with all complaints within 4 weeks as far as is practicable.

In the event of goods being returned undelivered, confirmation of the details submitted during registration will be sought by Bodycare UK. This may incur a charge equal to the postage required to resend the order should you wish to receive the goods.
